Step 1 Put the straps on your shoulders, lean forward and rest your breasts into the supports. The band should be just under your breasts. |
Step 2 Reach behind to hook the bra on the loosest fit. If it needs to be tighter, move to the inner hook and so on. |
Step 3 Position your breast in each cup by slipping a hand into the cup and lifting the breast while aligning the underwire on your ribcage. Move your breasts until they are fully in the cup. |
Step 4 Tighten the straps so that they support the breasts lightly without cutting into the skin or putting too much strain on the shoulders. |
Adjust the straps every-time you put on a bra !
